What's a credit?
Credits are how we measure OCR processing — not a per-scan or per-page fee, and never a limit on which features you can use. A typical document (an invoice, receipt, or BIR certificate) uses about 4–6 credits depending on its length and complexity.
That means a 150-credit plan covers roughly 25–38 real documents a month, and a 900-credit plan covers 150–225. Short, single-page documents stretch your balance further; long, multi-page ones use a bit more.
Running low doesn't mean losing anything — your documents and history stay put. Just top up credits any time without changing your subscription, or wait for your plan to renew.

Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Every new business starts on a 14-day free trial automatically — no card, no checkout step.
Will I be charged automatically when my plan renews?
No. Renewal is a manual checkout, not an automatic card charge — we never bill you without you actively renewing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, and QRPH.
Can I manage more than one business?
Yes. Create a separate business for every client or entity you handle, each with its own team, documents, and credit balance. Trial accounts can create up to 2 businesses; every paid plan is unlimited.
What happens if I run out of credits?
New scans pause until you top up or your plan renews — nothing you've already scanned is ever deleted or hidden.
