If you sign in with Google, the information described in "Information we receive from Google" below.

When you use "Continue with Google" to sign in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use this information only to create, authenticate, and secure your recodocument account.

If you choose to connect Google Sheets to import or export document data, we request access limited to that purpose. We only read or write the spreadsheets you explicitly select, and we never access other files in your Google Drive.

We do not use information obtained through Google APIs for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the feature you requested, to comply with the law, or as part of a business transfer covered by this policy. Our handling of this information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can review or revoke recodocument's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

To provide, maintain, and secure the recodocument platform for your company.

To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.

To generate aggregated, de-identified insights that help us improve the product.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with subprocessors who help us run the service, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.

You can review and update your account information at any time from Account Management.

To request deletion of your account or the data associated with it, including any information received from Google, email recodocument@gmail.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, except where we must retain information to comply with legal obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
