Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of recodocument (the "Service"), a product operated by Nolbana Software Development Service ("we," "us," or "our"), a business registered in the Philippines. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Using recodocument
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company you register, and the information you provide during sign up must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Signing in with Google
You may create and access your account using "Continue with Google." When you do, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us so we can create and authenticate your account, and, where you choose to connect a Google Sheets import or export, the specific spreadsheet access needed for that feature.
Our access to and use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is used.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect on your account.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. We process this data solely to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you submit for filing or recordkeeping purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access other companies' data, reverse engineering the service, or uploading unlawful content.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Management. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
recodocument is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
